Shy

While growing up in Oceanside, CA, moving to Colorado in 2014 then moving to Portland, OR in 2020, Shy always strived to have a form of creative outlet in their life. She graduated from Colorado State University in 2020 with a degree in Marketing and minor in Criminology. Then, after moving to Portland, her dream of becoming a tattoo artist presented itself as a true opportunity and she decided to take a new path to express her creativity. 

Her style closely resembles that of traditional tattooing, using bold lines and bright colors, but with a touch of darkness. She loves drawing flowers, skulls, lady heads, hands, Japanese traditional, insects, birds, mushrooms, clowns etc. Think a little horror, but make it fun. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, backpacking, creating cocktails, watching movies, gardening and spending time with her family.  

Shy has been tattooing since March 2024 was officially licensed in September 2024.
